All orders are prepaid; once payment is received, you should receive email confirmation within two business days. Stock orders usually ship via UPS and Fed Ex within two business days and via USPS on Tuesdays and Fridays unless otherwise noted via email. Custom artwork orders receive estimated shipping times when payment is received. Rough, or general estimates may be given earlier, but can change without warning.
Custom artwork packages are not eligible for return. Stock packages may be returned within seven (7) days after receipt if you contact us via email or voice and make arrangements only if the packages are undamaged in new condition. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Your satisfaction is important to us. We will take every reasonable effort to resolve any issue that may arise to insure your satisfaction with Eco Vision packages.
Detailed Eco Vision Terms and Conditions are located on each product description and price list. It is your responsibility to insure Eco Vision packages are appropriate for your product and it is strongly recommended that you test the packaging before ordering larger amounts or custom-artwork packages.
